6-roller trolley - BETTER MORE DURABLE MODEL than classic 5-roller.

- additional horizontal roller provides greater gate stability "sideways"

- this extends trolley durability because  :

Vertical rollers of the trolley and their bearings carry the vertical weight of the gate, due to bearing design characteristics they are much less resistant to pressure "from the side - not from above" "from the side of the gate" horizontally e.g.: wind pressure.

2 horizontal rollers eliminate pressure on vertical rollers - carrying the gate's weight "from the side"

Wear of bearings in horizontal rollers of the trolley over years occurs faster due to "side" pressure than from the "top" weight. This results from the design and load capacity of ball bearings.

More sealed bearings - 2RS type for longer trolley operation - bearings without dirt between bearing balls.

• RS. - BUTYL side seal of bearing (black) not metal ZZ (silver) - metal shield less sealed than ZZ type.
• synthetic butyl elastomer (same material as in Simering seals) characterized by high gas and water tightness, good chemical resistance and flexibility over wide temperature range, provides better contact and sealing with both bearing rings

We use wider version of the trolley bottom top plate - 120 mm (top horizontal trolley plate)

• 'large slots' for adjustment, both in lower platform and upper trolley plate, providing the widest adjustment range during installation.
• width 120 mm not 100 mm.

PARTS DESCRIPTION:

6-roller trolley

- if you have a gate with dense filling - wide profiles or wood, 6 rollers is a good choice. Additional horizontal roller stabilizes gate operation.

• Rollers: Ø68.5 mm × 19 mm, steel, turned by us from grade C45 steel on CNC machines, precisely fitting the profile
• quiet 6204 bearings with high load capacity sealed type 2RS

  Rollers mounted on bolts and nuts allow more precise fitting than welded pins.

  Nut tightened using technical glue to eliminate loosening. Rollers have never loosened in 15 years of our trolley production.

Approach roller with end cap and bumper, mounted in running rail.

Remember! Install socket and roller so roller clearly rolls onto socket (slightly lifting the gate). Its task is to support gate weight when "gate closed".

Thanks to bumper gate stops without extra noise and reduces impact force.

This is our production approach roller, where roller is mounted on a pin secured with Seger ring (not riveted, no protection like most rollers on market). This eliminates risk of pin being knocked out. Allows disassembly and replacement of roller if needed.

Mounting screws fit into rivet nut with long thread (10 mm, unlike competitors with thread only in 3-4 mm sheet), ensuring stable mounting connection.

Strong weld of end cap prevents detachment.

Remember! Install socket and roller so roller clearly rolls onto socket (slightly lifting the gate). Its task is to support gate weight when "gate closed".

This relieves trolleys when gate is closed.

From experience, gates are closed 99% of time for 99% of customers. Relieving trolleys extends their lifespan!
