What distinguishes our trolleys - sets

More sealed bearings - 2RS type for longer trolley operation - bearings without dirt between bearing balls.

• RS - BUTYL side seal of bearing (black), not metal ZZ (silver) - metal seal less tight like ZZ type.
• synthetic butyl elastomer (same material as in Simering seals) characterized by high gas and water tightness, good chemical resistance and flexibility over a wide temperature range, provides better contact and sealing with both bearing rings

Enlarged platform 210 mm instead of standard 180 mm, additionally equipped with washers under platform screws.

We use a wider version of the upper plate of the trolley base - 120 mm (upper horizontal trolley plate)

• 'Large slots' for adjustment both in the lower platform and upper trolley plate, providing the widest adjustment range during installation.
• Width 120 mm not 100 mm.

Dimension 80 mm is the external rail size with 5 mm wall thickness.

PARTS DESCRIPTION:

9-roller gate trolley for 80x80x5 rail

• Rollers: 68.5 mm × 19 mm, steel, turned by us from grade C45 steel on CNC machines, precisely fitting the profile
• quiet 6204 bearings with high load capacity, sealed type 2RS

  Trolley intended for:

• Gate weight: up to 1200 kg
• Gate opening width: 4-10 m
• Coating: electro-galvanized

Platform size

Approach roller with cap and bumper, mounted in the running rail.

Remember! Install the socket and roller so that the roller clearly rolls onto the socket (slightly lifting the gate). Its task is to support the gate weight when "gate closed".

The bumper stops the gate quietly and reduces impact force.

This is our production approach roller, where the roller is mounted on a pin secured with a Seger ring, not crimped.

Mounting screws engage a rivet nut with a long thread (10 mm, unlike competitors with thread only in 3-4 mm sheet), ensuring stable mounting connection.

Approach socket.

Remember! Install the socket and roller so that the roller clearly rolls onto the socket (slightly lifting the gate). Its task is to support the gate weight when "gate closed".

This relieves the trolleys when the gate is closed.

From experience, gates are closed 99% of the time for 99% of customers. Relieving the trolleys extends their lifespan!

The socket has drainage holes.
