For our customers, a simple design is made FREE based on graphics and texts provided by the customer.

What does a simple design include?

✅A simple design includes a single-color background + text + optionally placing a logo and/or photos (max 5) without editing.

✅We do not transcribe text from images nor change image quality. We do not create designs from Word or PowerPoint files. We send back a visualization for approval before printing.

Message after purchase

• After purchase, please send your graphic design or all information with graphics needed for the design to our email address.
• Designs should preferably be sent in vector formats such as cdr, pdf, eps, ai, tiff, or high-quality .jpg minimum 100dpi scale 1:1.
• Please sign all emails in the subject line with the customer's full name or order number.
• After purchase, please specify the winder finish size; if this information is missing, we will send a standard winder with a straight finish.

• The flag should hang freely and not touch any obstacles.
• In gusty winds, the flag should be removed from the mast or lowered.
• In case of damage (flag tearing), the damaged area should be promptly sewn to prevent permanent damage.

✅Washing polyester fabric flags✅

Flag washing should be preventive – do not wait until dirt significantly hinders cleaning agents.

Flags used in harsh conditions (polluted environments, near transport hubs) should be washed at least every 14 days.

Intervals between washes or flag changes should not exceed 21 days. Washing less frequently than every 21 days causes permanent discoloration and graying of the flag from atmospheric soot, damaging the flag.
