“The seller recommended this product for cleaning spiro pipes with diameters 10-25 cm with 90-degree elbows and possible bends in mechanical ventilation. The box included a manual stating that 90-degree bends can be made in pipes with a diameter from 17 cm. Additionally, I tested it on a 16 cm diameter pipe I had in stock - result - scratches inside the pipe - zinc coating removal, pipe damage even though the set supposedly had a tip for spiro pipes. Moreover, the seller refused to refund shipping costs with a convoluted explanation; the product is heavy, and they refunded only 12 PLN. Allegro did not help because I first requested a return (withdrawal from contract) and then a complaint - you should file a complaint immediately, even though in the return I clarified where I was misled and what was wrong with the product, return = withdrawal from contract and according to Allegro the seller does not have to refund full shipping costs then. The real product features are only found in the manual, not in the auction description - there is a lot of information missing from the auction. I do not recommend the product or the seller.”
