New battery pack / accumulator insert for
MAKITA BL1830 18V 3000mAh
Insert for self-assembly.
The pack is built using high-current 18650 2.0Ah cells with a 20A discharge current.Pack for self-replacement, without electronics. When replacing electronics, caution is required to avoid short circuits; it is best done by a qualified person, e.g. electrician or electronics technician.
Disconnect electronics starting from the main (-) negative, then sequentially V1, V2, V3, V4, and finally the main (+) positive. Assembly is done in reverse order, starting from the main (+), then V4, V3, V2, V1, and main (-).
After assembling the battery, insert it into the charger to "activate the BMS", wait until the charger starts charging, and only then will the battery operate in the power tool.
