Usage and care recommendations
After each use, wash the cookware, dry thoroughly, then coat the interior with a thin layer of oil for seasoning. Remove excess oil with a paper towel. Do not pour cold water into a hot pan, as sudden temperature changes may cause cast iron to crack. Wash only with water, without detergents – cleaning agents can penetrate the cast iron and affect the taste of dishes. It is recommended to use wooden or silicone kitchen utensils and oven gloves, as cast iron heats up strongly. Rust formation is natural, especially when the cookware is stored in a damp place, unused for a long time, or improperly protected. Small rust spots can be easily removed with salt paste or steel wool, then re-season the cookware with oil. Rust caused by improper use or maintenance is not a basis for complaints.
