The secret to durable non-invasive mounting is proper surface preparation. To avoid hooks falling off, follow this simple rule: Before applying the hooks, the window frames must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased (e.g. with extraction gasoline or spirit). This treatment ensures everything holds firmly and nothing peels off. Stick the hook and press firmly for about 15 seconds. Measure carefully where to stick the hooks. Reapplying in a different place weakens the hook’s adhesive. Do not hang the curtain immediately. Leave the hooks for several hours or overnight to allow the glue to bond well.
