Do not pour liquids above 60°C and avoid rapid temperature changes of +/- 35°C. For maximum safety during delivery, the tap and barrel are shipped separately. The tap must be installed by the customer – it is very simple and takes less than a minute. Each unit includes installation instructions and a link to an instructional video. THIS LISTING IS FOR A CLEAR COLORED BARREL Order processing time: It is not possible to process and ship orders with custom engraving on the same day the order is placed. Processing time is approximately 3 business days, usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Example within a week: orders CORRECTLY placed BY Tuesday (end of day) will be shipped by Thursday at the latest. For delivery options Pickup Point or Pocztex, delivery times may be extended up to 72 hours, so if the order is urgent, we recommend choosing Courier (NOT Pocztex) or Parcel Locker. Notes on engraving: The price includes engraving on ONE side of the barrel – front (with tap) or back Engraving is done with a precise laser plotter The engraving is permanent – it cannot be removed Maximum engraving length is approximately +/- 60 characters (excluding spaces and punctuation) You can submit your own design – any text, graphics, or logo in vector format (cdr, ai, pdf – 1 bit), black and white, no shading or colors. For custom logo engravings, only files sent by email are accepted – no links to websites, screenshots, etc. We do not engrave patterns/graphics sent as screenshots from competitor websites/auctions – these are protected by copyright Orders are processed within minutes/hours after receipt, so please carefully and thoughtfully enter engraving texts. After placing the order, no corrections to engraving texts are accepted because once engraved, the glass cannot be re-engraved. We do not check, correct, or take responsibility for errors in engraving texts (e.g., typos, spelling/punctuation errors) – texts are only checked for technical correctness, i.e., character count. Engraving texts can be submitted in "Messages to seller" during order placement or in a separate email (our email address) with your Allegro nickname or full name used for the order in the subject and message. Due to product personalization, returns or exchanges are not possible. Buyers choosing cash on delivery agree to accept and pay for the order.
