Hot Pot (Chinese fondue) 24cm Hot Pot, also known as Chinese fondue, is a very popular traditional vessel in China (and other East Asian countries) used for preparing dishes cooked at the table. The dish is prepared using a hot pot (heated by candles), in which broth (or plain water) is boiled on the table and various ingredients are added: sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, dumplings, seafood, etc. The cooked items are usually eaten by dipping them in sauces. At the end, the broth left after cooking is drunk as a light soup. Product made of aluminium, diameter 24cm. Made in China.
