Technological process:

1. Factory primer - cataphoresis (applies to metal products)
2. High-quality anti-corrosion or isolating primer
3. Base coat (actual color layer, may be omitted for solid colors)
4. Clear coat (for solid paints, a high-quality polyurethane may be used)

Protection and packaging:

After quality control of the part, the paint coating is protected with PE foam. Corners of the part are covered with special rubber caps, protecting against bending. The finished product is placed in a fitted individual packaging 

Shipping:

For transport, we use 5-layer, high-grammage cardboard packaging, protecting the goods against mechanical damage.
