1. Factory primer - cataphoresis (applies to metal products)
2. High-quality anti-corrosion or isolating primer
3. Base coat (actual color layer, may be omitted for solid colors)
4. Clear coat (for solid paints, a high-quality polyurethane may be used)

Protection and packaging:

After quality control, the paint coating is protected with PE foam. Corners of the part are covered with special rubber caps, protecting against bending. The finished product is placed in a fitted individual packaging.

Shipping:

For transport, we use 5-layer, high-grammage cardboard packaging to protect the product from mechanical damage.
