Resistant to abrasion and high temperatures. Deep, ideal for frying, baking, and stewing. Suitable for all types of cookers as well as ovens. Before first use, wash the pan with a sponge or brush in hot water without detergents. For maintenance, it is recommended from time to time to rub the cookware with edible fat (animal fat or oil) to prevent complete degreasing of the pan walls. Lack of protective coating promotes food sticking, degreasing may cause discoloration or rust.
