❗️Package contains 10 seeds with sowing and cultivation instructions❗️

Silk Albizia “Persian Silk Tree” is an extraordinary small green tree originating from East Asia. It is a valued plant worldwide for its undeniable ornamental qualities. The leaves resemble delicate fans – somewhat similar to mimosa (same family as sensitive mimosa). The flowers of this plant are also very decorative – resembling pom-poms made of pink and white threads about 5 cm long, they are very fragrant and glow at night.

Albizia in Eastern cultures is believed to have flowers with the power to “heal broken hearts” and evoke feelings of satisfaction and happiness. In Western herbal medicine, this plant has gained fame as a fast and effective antidepressant and calming agent. It is also used to combat insomnia. This plant can be grown in our gardens, tolerating temperatures down to –18°C. It is suitable as a solitary planting. It can also be grown in containers indoors or on terraces, either as a shrub or a small Bonsai tree (it even tolerates very intensive pruning).
