How to properly select trolley size for your gate?

Sliding gate trolleys should be matched to the size of the guide rail. Standard and most commonly used sizes are:

• 60 (60x60x3.5),
• 70 (70x70x4), or
• 80 (80x80x5).

This dimension refers to the external width of the rail, i.e. the width of the surface on which the trolley will move including the width of the side walls. Trolleys should be selected to fit the environment in which they will operate – for example, a 60x60 trolley is suitable for a 60 rail, a 70x70 trolley for a 70 rail, etc.
