It operates on the principle of distillation, separating components based on their boiling points. The juicer is made of the highest quality stainless steel. The appropriate wall thickness and multi-layer bottom allow the juicer to heat up very quickly and evenly and maintain a constant internal temperature. This makes the juice preparation process last from 30 minutes up to a maximum of 1 hour – depending on the hardness of the fruit. Additional handles attached to each part of the juicer make it easier to carry and allow lifting each layer individually – for example, to add water to the reservoir or pour out the produced juice. Using this vessel, you can be sure that not a single bit of food is wasted. The pulp left after juice extraction can be used to make homemade preserves such as jam.
