Product features: - Cutter with V-shaped blade: cuts vegetables easily and quickly - Rotary knob to adjust blade position - five settings: (1) Position "0": Blade is flush/level with the cutting surface to avoid injury when touching the V blade. Always ensure the setting is "0" after use.
