YOSUKATA WOK 34 CM CARBON STEEL The flat-bottom wok is designed for quick frying, stewing, and deep frying. The flat bottom ensures stability on induction cooktops, gas stoves, electric or ceramic hobs. KEY INFORMATION The wok is made of carbon steel and has undergone preliminary heat treatment. Before first use, it must be fully seasoned with oil. The steel heats up quickly and responds well to temperature changes. The wooden handle provides a comfortable grip. FREE OF TEFLON AND PTFE The wok has no synthetic non-stick coating. Natural non-stick properties develop with proper seasoning and patina formation. After use, the wok should be washed by hand, thoroughly dried, and protected with a thin layer of oil.
