We are the only ones on the market using a wider trolley bottom version:

• 120 mm width, not 100 mm like other trolleys
• large 'oval slots', which combined with the same in the lower plate (adjustment platform) provide the largest adjustment range during installation.

Approach roller with end cap and bumper, mounted in running rail.

Remember! Install the socket and roller so that the roller clearly rolls onto the socket (slightly lifting the gate). Its task is to support the gate weight when the gate is closed.

Thanks to the bumper, the gate stops quietly and reduces impact force.

This is our production approach roller, where the roller is mounted on a pin secured with a Seger ring, not crimped.

Mounting screws engage a rivet nut with a long thread (10 mm, unlike competitors with thread only in 3-4 mm sheet), ensuring stable mounting connection.

Approach socket.

Remember! Install the socket and roller so that the roller clearly rolls onto the socket (slightly lifting the gate). Its task is to support the gate weight when the gate is closed.

This relieves the trolleys when the gate is closed.

From experience, gates are closed 99% of the time for 99% of customers. By relieving the trolleys, you extend their lifespan!

The socket has drainage holes.
