Application:

The head is designed to seal deep wells equipped with submersible pumps.

It protects the well opening from contamination and allows for a neat and sealed outlet of the delivery pipe and pump power cable.

Installation instructions Before starting installation, ensure all parts are complete and undamaged.

1. Prepare the casing pipe

✅ Cut the well casing pipe to the required height with a straight cut perpendicular to the pipe axis.

•✅ Remove burrs and CHAMFER the outer edge of the pipe. This facilitates sliding the head on and prevents gasket damage.

2. Check the gasket

✅ Ensure the gasket is properly seated in its designated place. The gasket must not be twisted, dirty or damaged.

3. Attach the safety cable

✅ Attach the cable used to suspend the pump to the handle on the head. Verify the connection is secure.

4. Install the delivery pipe

✅ Pass the delivery pipe through the coupling located in the head.

✅ Tighten the coupling to ensure a sealed and stable connection.

5. Route the electrical cable

✅ Pass the pump electrical cable through the cable gland.

✅ After adjusting the cable length, tighten the gland to secure a sealed cable attachment.

6. Prepare to fit the head

✅ Apply a thin layer of suitable lubricant for rubber parts to the gasket. This eases sliding the head onto the pipe and reduces the risk of gasket damage.
