1️⃣ Free watering – rain: Natural moisture from rainfall provides adequate lawn hydration without extra watering.

2️⃣ Horizontal shoots of perennial ryegrass – self-regeneration: Perennial ryegrass forms horizontal shoots that enable lawn self-repair, ensuring long-lasting density.

Sowing instructions:

1️⃣ First step is to destroy the old lawn. This can be done mechanically or chemically. We recommend applying new soil with proper pH. Then level the area.

NOTE: Whether fertilizing new soil or leaving old, wait about 2 weeks for all weeds to grow. If sowing is dense, best to use herbicide or remove weeds mechanically.

2️⃣ Next step is sowing the grass. Best to use a seed spreader. If none, sow manually using a cross pattern. Divide seeds for the area into two parts. Sow the first in one direction, the second perpendicular to the first. This method increases chances of proper seed distribution.

Sowing rate: 1kg/40m2

3️⃣ After sowing, roll the area. This protects seeds from wind blowing or heavy rain washing them away.

4️⃣ Until germination (about 3 weeks), frequently mist the soil and water during drought. Later, keep soil moist throughout growth phase, about 6 weeks.
