Pass-through wellhead for 110 mm well pipe to 40 mm submersible pump discharge hose.

The wellhead is a key component of the well system designed to protect the water intake. It provides a hermetic seal, minimizing the risk of water contamination in the well from external factors such as atmospheric debris, groundwater, soil contaminants, and small animals. All these factors can degrade water quality and negatively affect deep well operation. Our wellhead eliminates these risks.

The wellhead ensures a perfect seal for the deep well thanks to the use of appropriate materials.

✔️ Robust steel construction allows secure tightening of the clamping bolts. Our wellheads use class 8.8 bolts. These classes indicate the tensile strength of the bolts, which helps minimize installation issues such as bolt breakage or thread damage during assembly.

✔️ Steel flanges do not deform when tightening bolts - unlike plastic wellheads.

✔️ Choose additional protective caps for nuts in our store – these further protect threaded connections. Protecting threaded connections is especially important against solid contaminants inside the well casing. Hex nuts reduce problems related to bolt thread damage or cleaning of Allen bolt sockets during wellhead servicing.

✔️ The gasket used in this wellhead is designed to perfectly fit both the well pipe and the submersible pump discharge hose, ensuring a hermetic seal. Proper sealing parameters ensure the wellhead is firmly seated on the pipe – the gasket prevents the wellhead from being pushed off the pipe when tightening bolts.

✔️ The wellhead includes a cable gland for submersible pump cables with a diameter of 6-12 mm. Our glands feature a cable seal, and the seal under the gland securely protects the threaded connection.

✔️ The additional technical plug has an integrated sealing lip. The plug design prevents contaminants from entering. It can be unscrewed using a screwdriver, socket wrench, or by hand.

The plug provides access to the deep well without removing the wellhead.

How to select a wellhead for your well pipe?

1️ Measure the wall thickness of the well pipe with calipers.

2️ Measure the external diameter of the well pipe (not on the socket) - this corresponds to the first dimension in the wellhead size designation 110/40.

3️ Measure the external diameter of the pump discharge hose. This corresponds to the second dimension of the wellhead 110/40.

In this case, the 110/40 wellhead fits a 110 mm well pipe and a 40 mm discharge hose.

Maximum wall thickness 5.4 mm.

Installation Information:

The wellhead fits a well pipe with an external diameter of 110 mm. Maximum well pipe wall thickness is 5.4 mm.

Preparing the installation site:

✅Make sure the wellhead installation site is properly prepared:

✔️ Install the wellhead on the pipe body - not on the socket. The well pipe socket must be carefully and evenly cut off.

✔️ Clean the well pipe from any debris and residues to ensure proper seating of the wellhead.

Wellhead dimensions:

ØD1 - 110 mm – diameter matching the external diameter of the well pipe.

ØD2 - 99 mm – diameter of the seal designed to fit inside the pipe with diameter D1.

H - 32 mm

IMPORTANT

The wellhead is compatible with blue well pipes according to PN-G-02323 standard - used in deep wells meeting pressure standards with appropriate wall thickness. The wellhead is not compatible with sewer pipes.

The 110/40 wellhead is not intended for DIN standard well pipes with an external diameter of 115 mm. If you are unsure whether this wellhead is suitable for your well, please contact the seller.
