The trolleys have vertical and horizontal adjustment. 6204Z ERI-3 bearings generate less noise than standard bearings. The rollers have increased wear resistance and hardness, which extends their lifespan.

Approach roller with end cap

The metal end cap protects the rail from debris such as leaves, branches, or stones accumulating inside.

Approach socket

The rail approach socket has a rubber bumper that absorbs the impact energy between the rail and the socket. Additionally, the socket has drainage holes to prevent water accumulation.

If no roller size is specified, we ship the standard 35 mm diameter roller on an angle bracket. One roller can be chosen.

The adjustable upper roller with a diameter of 35 mm is dedicated to a 40x40x2 mm channel, while the 33 mm roller fits a 40x40x3 mm channel. The roller is bearing-mounted, which significantly improves smooth operation and durability.

How to properly select trolley size for your gate?

Sliding gate trolleys should be matched to the size of the guide rail. The standard and most commonly used guide rails have sizes: 60 (60x60x3.5), 70 (70x70x4), or 80 (80x80x5).

This dimension refers to the external width of the rail, i.e., the width of the surface on which the trolley will move along with the width of the side walls.

Trolleys should be selected to fit the environment in which they will operate – for example, a 60x60 trolley is suitable for a 60 rail, a 70x70 trolley for a 70 rail, and so on.
