Advantages of the 6-roller trolley compared to the 5-roller

• additional horizontal rollers protect bearings in the trolley's vertical rollers (responsible for carrying the vertical load - radial) from excessive axial (longitudinal) load.
• ball bearings withstand axial loads much worse (axial - side pressure) than radial loads.
• extended trolley arm = wider roller spacing = more stable gate operation
• two horizontal rollers provide much better gate operation when approaching the post.

We use bearings with 2RS butyl seals - more sealed than ZZ metal shields because:

ZZ shield is classified as a non-contact cover, while the rubber seal RS represents contact seals. This type of 2RS seal contacts the bearing ring, providing better protection in contaminated environments than a metal shield.

1. Roller manufactured with super precision using the classic "press-fit" method for bearing installation.

CNC machined to bearing standard (0.01 mm accuracy).

Bearing precisely pressed in (using a press, the so-called "press-fit") and secured with a Seger retaining ring. This solution eliminates the undesirable phenomenon of bearing rotation inside the roller when loosely fitted and crimped.

The bearing in our roller contacts the entire 15 mm width of the outer bearing ring to the roller's inner surface, not just a 1-1.5 mm crimped area.

Our roller allows removal of the Seger ring and bearing extraction, unlike crimped rollers.

2. Our roller has an increased width of 22 mm, providing a larger contact surface with the gate rail.

3. The roller is designed and machined to accommodate a larger 6304 bearing with 25% higher load capacity than standard. Available only from us.

Additionally, the EXTRA trolley features:

• enlarged 210 mm platform for greater stability
• washers under nuts - a small detail often omitted by others despite being basic in fasteners
• socket with additional guide rollers
• end cap for the gate
• Trolleys designed using CAD/CAM software with force and load calculation modules

Enlarged 210 mm platform for more stable and wider mounting, not the basic 180 mm.

On explicit request described in Order Notes, we can assemble on 180 mm platforms if the trolley must fit an existing bolt spacing (replacement of old set).

For those interested, the European platform standard 10 years ago was 210 or 250 mm for larger trolleys; the 180 mm size was "imposed cheaply" by Chinese products from Chinese importers.
