8-roller trolley - PROMOTION

- additional horizontal roller provides greater lateral stability of the gate

- 6 rollers to carry the weight - not 4 as in the standard 5-roller design.

Vertical rollers of the trolley and their bearings carry the vertical load of the gate. Due to the bearing design, they are much less resistant to lateral pressure "from the side - not from above" "from the side of the gate" horizontally, e.g. wind pressure.

Two horizontal rollers eliminate pressure on the vertical rollers that carry the gate's weight "from the side".

Wear of bearings in the trolley's horizontal rollers occurs faster over the years due to lateral pressure rather than vertical load. This results from the design and load capacity of ball bearings.

More sealed bearings - 2RS type for longer trolley operation - bearings free of dirt between bearing balls.

• RS - BUTYL side seal of the bearing (black), not metal ZZ (silver) - metal seal is less tight than ZZ type.
• Butyl synthetic elastomer (same material as in Simering seals) characterized by high gas and water tightness, good chemical resistance, and flexibility over a wide temperature range, providing better contact and sealing with both bearing rings.

Set of 8-roller trolleys for 80x80x5 rail

Trolleys with two horizontal rollers, dedicated for gates with significant filling. Such a gate wing behaves like a 'sail' in the wind, and the two horizontal rollers support smooth gate operation on windy days.

NOTE!

Please carefully check your rail (profile) dimensions. We specify dimensions by measuring the length of the side on the OUTER side of the profile and wall thickness with calipers. Our rollers are matched to specific profiles - dimensions are not averaged like many Chinese products. This ensures precise gate operation. We send installation instructions by email containing exact parameters for trolley spacing according to gate weight and length.

Trolley base (top plate).

We use a wider trolley base version:

• 120 mm width, not 100 mm as in other trolleys
• large 'slots' which combined with the same slots in the bottom plate (adjustment platform) provide the greatest adjustment range during installation.

Trolley platform (bottom plate).

Approach roller with cap and bumper, mounted in the running rail.

Its task is to support the gate weight when the gate is "closed".

The bumper stops the gate quietly and reduces the impact force.

This is our own production approach roller, where the roller is mounted on a pin secured with a Seger ring (not crimped or unsecured as in most rollers on the market). This eliminates the risk of pin dislodgement and allows roller removal and replacement if needed.

Mounting screws thread into a rivet nut with a long thread (10 mm, unlike competitors with only 3-4 mm thread in the plate), ensuring stable mounting connection.

Strong weld of the cap prevents it from detaching.

Approach socket.

The socket has water drainage holes.

Remember! Install the socket and roller so that the roller clearly rolls onto the socket (slightly lifting the gate). This relieves the trolleys when the gate is closed. From experience, gates are closed 99% of the time for 99% of customers. Relieving the trolleys extends their lifespan!

All our guiding rollers come with an angle bracket for easy installation:

• 25 mm with bracket (for 30x30x2 channel)
• 33 mm bearing with bracket (for 40x40x3 channel)
• 35 mm bearing with bracket (for 40x40x2 channel)
• 43 mm with bracket (for 50x50x3 channel)
